Published annually (in November) by the Order for the Promotion of Roman Studies, Britannia is the foremost journal for the written report of the Roman province of Britannia. It contains articles, curt papers and book reviews on all aspects of the archaeology and history of Roman Britain. In addition, Britannia includes an almanac survey of new discoveries pertaining to Roman Britain; this is presented in two parts: (ane) Sites Explored (two) Inscriptions The survey is an essential tool for research relating to the Roman catamenia in Britain.
The Club, founded in 1910, is the leading organisation in the Uk for those interested in the report of Rome and the Roman Empire.
